30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise not in conformity with your order, please contact us before returning it. Where required by applicable law, we will provide an appropriate remedy without additional cost to you.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Where appropriate, the fastest way to receive a different item may be to return the original item and place a new order after your return has been accepted.
Refunds

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please remember that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
Where required by applicable law, eligible standard delivery charges paid on the original order will also be refunded.
Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option than our standard delivery method may not be refundable where permitted by applicable law.
